That relationship endures and in fact has been a powerful asset as Patrick J. Kennedy pushes forward his momentum for parity in mental healthcare and substance abuse treatment in America and abroad.
On Tuesday, June 11, Patrick J. Kennedy stated that when Dan Pelino decided to put together a book, he was “honored to play a small part in that effort.”
Patrick J. Kennedy wrote the Foreword for Trusted Healers, as well as the cover quote “You’ll never look at healthcare the same way again.”
“Your book,” he said at the Forum, “is a story of many narratives of how we get to a better understanding of transformation in our healthcare system.”
